Leveraging new features in Teams that allow us to harness the Power Platform, we will showcase how to build out a Data Driven Power BI Subscription using Dataverse for Teams, Cloud Flows and Power Apps in Teams. Currently this capability is only available in our on premise offering but by leveraging the complete Power Platform stack in O365, we can accomplish this with relative ease.
A few items from the call for clarification:
The Expression Syntax to reference a choice value in the Dataverse is as follows:
items(‘ForEach’)[‘cr6f7_column@OData.Community.Display.V1.FormattedValue’]
Row Level Security can be accomplished using a reference to the Dataset and Email of the user: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-automate-power-bi-report-export#row-level-security-in-power-automate
You will most likely need to add another column for the Data Set GUID in your Tables of have a lookup table with the corresponding values.
